Kundalini Group Session A Kundalini group session is a sacred space for awakening the energy that already lives within you. Through gentle guidance, sound, vibration, and intuitive energy transmission, your life force—known as prana or qi—is activated and begins to rise through the body. As this energy flows, it clears stagnant patterns, harmonizes the nervous system, and opens the pathways of your energetic light body. You may experience sensations of energy movement, emotional release, visions, or deep stillness—all natural signs of awakening and remembrance. During the session, you simply lie down, surrender, and receive. Through light language, music, and intuitive transmission, I facilitate the activation process, holding a field of safety and transformation. This journey is an invitation to return home to yourself—to remember your true essence as light, love, and infinite potential.
