9D Breathwork is a powerful, immersive journey designed to help you release deeply stored emotions, rewire the nervous system, and expand your sense of who you truly are. Through breath, sound, and guided intention, you can access profound states of healing, clarity, and freedom. Each session is an opportunity to step beyond the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Please note: Group 9D Breathwork sessions are currently on pause and will resume in January 2026. In the meantime, my practice is expanding to include transformative group Kundalini Activation sessions and deeply healing Sensory Energetics sessions. These modalities awaken and balance energy in unique ways, supporting healing on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. If you feel called, I invite you to explore these offerings as a beautiful complement to 9D Breathwork until group sessions return in the new year.

Cancellation Policy
