I'm super excited for you to join me on my 5-day breathwork challenge. 

​

Breathwork has helped me find clarity, reduce stress, and improve my overall vitality. This is why I am offering this challenge—to help you experience these benefits for yourself.

 

The challenge is designed to be simple and stress-free, with a new daily tool to help you set a routine. We'll use Pranayama techniques that have been scientifically proven to benefit your health on many levels.

It will be fun and interactive, and I can't wait to share this journey with you!​​​​

Contraindications

If you suffer or have suffered from any serious health issues or any conditions listed below,  please consult your doctor before participating in an active breathing journey to avoid health risks:

Cardiovascular problems

Abnormally high blood pressure

Aneurysms

Brain injury - trauma

Epileptic seizures/other seizures in the past

Pregnancy - you can't participate

Recent surgery, upcoming surgery

Glaucoma 

Chronic respiratory illness

Severe Mental or Psychiatric illnesses and taking strong psychiatric medications.

​​​

If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler and update the breathing facilitator before your session.

​​

The above list is not exhaustive; therefore, please update your breath coach if you have any unusual health condition that does not appear in the above list. .
